Welcome to Sushi Guru! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our delivery services. By placing an order, the customer confirms their full agreement with these terms.

The website and service are operated by EPS Project OÜ, registered in Estonia. We specialize in the preparation and delivery of sushi, snacks, drinks, and other menu items. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to the customer.

- User Accounts
To enjoy a personalized experience, you may create an account.

Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information (Name, Last Name, Phone, Email).

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Features: Your account stores your order history and saved addresses. Providing your birthday is optional.

- Ordering and Delivery
Service Area: We deliver within and near Tallinn. Orders for addresses outside our delivery zone cannot be completed through the website or will be cancelled upon receipt.

Our Couriers: We use our own Sushi Guru couriers. To fulfill your order, the courier will be provided with your name, phone number, and delivery address.

Product Availability: All products (sushi, snacks, drinks, etc.) are subject to availability.

- Pricing and Payment
No Online Payments: For your security, we do not process or store payment card credentials on our website.

Payment Methods: Payment is made upon delivery. Our couriers accept Cash or Card (via mobile terminal).

Currency: All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

- Ingredients and Allergens
Ingredient Listings: We provide a list of ingredients for our food items on the website.

Allergen Disclaimer: We do not explicitly specify allergens in the online product descriptions.

Mandatory Consultation: If you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must contact our administrator before placing an order to confirm the safety of the items.

- Cancellations and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
